Strawberry Bombs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Graham cracker crumbs for coating (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare Strawberries:
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut a small portion off the bottom of each strawberry so they can stand upright.
- Prepare Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and continue to beat until well combined.

- Optional Coating:
- If desired, you can roll the filled strawberries in graham cracker crumbs for a decorative coating.
- Chill:
- Place the filled strawberries in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
- Serve:
- Once chilled, arrange the Strawberry Bombs on a serving plate and enjoy!
