Strawberry Bombs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Graham cracker crumbs for coating (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare Strawberries:- Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut a small portion off the bottom of each strawberry so they can stand upright.
 
- Prepare Filling:- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and continue to beat until well combined.
 
- Whip Cream:- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
 
- Combine Filling and Whipped Cream:- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
 
 Fill Strawberries:- Either use a piping bag or a spoon to fill each strawberry with the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture.
 
- Optional Coating:- If desired, you can roll the filled strawberries in graham cracker crumbs for a decorative coating.
 
- Chill:- Place the filled strawberries in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
 
- Serve:- Once chilled, arrange the Strawberry Bombs on a serving plate and enjoy!
